May be that it was Friday night but I showed up at 1700 for my 2030 appt. I was given a door right away and rolled out at 1815. Saved my buns getting to my reload. Thanks folks
The receiver is located near door 20, my appointment time was at 8 am, they gave me the door and unloaded it in just half an hour, it's super.
I bought a pair of clippers from chewy in December 2024 and pretty soon after I got them the paint was chipping off and it was making a funny noise. I contacted chewy and the woman I spoke with was very kind and understanding and helped me prepare to send these clippers back to them. They sent me back a brand new pair very fast. Everyone at chewy was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
I was 24 hours early for a delivery. They were closed. 10 hours before. Chewy refuses my delivery. Zero trucks in line for delivery. Totally refused my early delivery. I had planned to go on vacation yesterday. The moral philosophy of Chewy is I don’t care about truck drivers delivering their loads. So sad!
