I’m a truck driver, and I came to Chewy for a delivery with a 7 AM appointment. I’ve already been waiting for over 4 hours, and I’m still not unloaded. When I went to the receiving office, they told me there’s no space available. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Drivers schedule their time carefully, and long delays like this waste valuable hours. Chewy really needs to improve their appointment management and communication with drivers.

The prices are ok and it woukd be a great service if they paid attention to what they are doing. More than once I have received the same order duplicated within days of one another. How are they sending me a 2 months supply on back to back days? The animal is only allowed 2 pills a day yet they send me enough for the dog to get 4 pills a day. Very scary that these people are allowed to distribute pharmaceuticals when they duplicate orders out of greed. I will gladly pay a higher price than deal with the ignorance at Chewy.
