This is the worst online retailer we've run into in a long time. So many errors and convoluted process to simply get an order. Important RX's and special food our dog needs that we ordered almost 2 weeks ago, not even shipped yet, cancelled, reordered, etc. This is our first but likely last order from them.

I had a very bad experience at this location. I arrived and had to wait over an hour just to check in. There was no sense of urgency from the staff, and it felt like nobody cared that drivers were waiting. The operation seemed disorganized and slow, and there was very little communication about what was going on or how long it would take. As a truck driver, my time matters, and this kind of delay is costly and disrespectful.
