Absolutely appalling. We called on 7/27 to make an appointment for 7/29 to specifically see the new arrival of corgi pups we were told would be arriving that day. At 4pm on 7/29, we called to assure the corgi puppies had arrived before driving to the pet store. We were told, “oh yes, we have plenty of corgis, males and females. We will see you at 5pm”. We arrived for our appointment only to find out (25 minutes after arriving) that they had no corgis available and that they were delayed until the following weekend. Yeah...ok... read more
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! "We are in the process of adopting a puppy, and so far everyone has been so nice and attentive. We have been instructed what to do and a paper of how to proceed with her. Hoping everything works out, she seems like a wonderful puppy." ^This was the review I gave when I first went to get the puppy, and they said that if I gave a review we would get a free dog toy.
