I was told that the place was move in ready and when I moved in there were several issues one the place hadn’t been cleaned at all second there were no working smoke detectors in fact missing 4 of the actual detectors and also a fire hazard with the stove top one burner didn’t work til I looked at it and it was because the landlord left it with a burned up connector where the wires are! then to top it off spiders and other bugs were constantly around. Landlord said the place had been sprayed for bugs just before we moved in.... read more
