No issues as mentioned by other posts. CHEW was able to get to a plugged kitchen line w/i 48 hrs of the initial call. Was fortunate an employee was involved with the original build of the property.
Been waiting on them for 3 days to unclog the sewer. They where unwilling to set a time for service and never followed up. They definitely prioritize leaks over backups. But to leave a customer hanging is a disgrace.
Competent and knowledgeable. They do things right. This is a very busy company.
Called this plumber after waiting for another plumber for three months to replace my collapsing sewer line. I came to them already at the end of my patience, but they were able to schedule me within a couple of weeks (needed to coordinate excavators and 811-Dig) and got this huge job done in one long, hot day. I have a few other projects to do, and I will definitely be hiring them.
