If you are a 1st time business owner. I do not recommend them. I had to keep calling them and get credits for paying my payroll taxes with a closed account several times. They are lazy. They do not look out for your best interest. They give your business account to unqualified reps and do not watch them closely. I wanted to switch accountants and they charged me 100.00 to give me 1 kdol password and my QB backup. I brought my own flash drive. They failed to give me that password. I had call for it.
Very thorough and professional. I saved at least their fee maybe more because I wasn't aware of all I could take off what I paid in taxes
They were quick and helpful in tax advice. I am a small investor but they treated me well and saved me more than $40 thousand in taxes. Thank you!
