I was very concerned about the hygiene practices I observed during my visit. The receptionist was also acting as the dental assistant，busy and rude. I noticed that she went out for about 10 minutes during the treatment, she touched various DIRTY items around the clinic and came back handling dental instruments and applying paste . She didn’t change gloves. This raised serious concerns about cross-contamination and infection control. Staff were some of the friendliest dentists I have ever met. Waiting room was conformable and grand.
Glad I met Dr Li and her assistant Hina(?spelling). Visited here for a check up and clean, and had best experience out of my past few years’ dental cleaning in terms of the quality of service. Never felt my teeth so polished before. Highly recommend this clinic, though the decoration does not make this clinic look fancy indeed, what matters is the skills of the dentists.
I have been here for 3 times now. And met Dr Jason chuang. He was kind and let me know about my dental. I highly recommend this doctors for your treatment
