It was my first experience visiting a dentist in Australia, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing one. I booked a general clean, and the dentist was Dr. Ki Shiu. At the beginning of the appointment, I was directed to have dental scans without being asked whether I wanted them or whether I had recent scans available. I had already had dental imaging done recently and would have preferred to discuss whether new scans were necessary before they were taken. Front desk extremely rude and unhelpful
Dr Ki Shui has to be the best dentist I've been to. She is very knowledgeable, does a great job and some how makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!
Great experience at Chew Dental Care. Dr. Shiu and Dr. Wang are very kind, professional and caring. Highly recommended!
