I had horrible experience dealing with the office manager/surgical coordinator. She was very rude to me because I pointed out her mistake on treatment plan. She confirmed and quoted a treatment that cannot be done by Dr. Salmasi, after I specifically asked “isn’t that an oral surgeons work?” Her reply was “No we will do everything at the same time” Then she called me the day before my son’s surgery after office hours to let me know this treatment cannot be done at the same time.
