My kids have been seeing Dr Chelsea for 3 years and today’s visit was absolutely the worst. Horrible management tactic to over book knowing you are supposedly short staffed. Folks make time for these appts and to wait for over an hour with no timeframe in sight is so not an option. I totally understand things happen in the medical field but if you want patients to respect the office staffs time then it should go both ways. Tammy took the best care of my spicy 10 year old. She was so kind and genuine.
The dentist and hygienists here are very nice and take the time to talk to you. They Helped my child with dental anxiety feel more comfortable. My child also has a specific genetic condition that the dentist took seriously. She listened to what I needed to tell her about it.
Great pediatric dentistry! Dr. Chelsea is a sweetheart and so is all of her staff.
