2 hours. We sat here 2 HOURS. And no work done on my niece's teeth. 2 hours, my niece sat in the back waiting. 2 hours, I thought they were handling her dental care. 2 hours and NOTHING was done. But she did not have to wait in the lobby this time, an hour past appointment scheduled time, like the last few times. So there's that 💁‍♀️ *ETA* I was (admittedly) a little rushed earlier, when I left my initial review. I'd like to add: Chew Chew, I don't want to resolve this. We went in today and we were so disrespected by the office manager and her team. I had had to reschedule in the past I do admit and it was the third time but I did make the appointment I was still within the 10 minute time frame of making the appointment. And on the third appointment that I try to make the office manager had already gotten disrespectful with me on the telephone because I was able to make it and assured me that would be my last time. The first time I came there was no issues & everyone was nice and done their job.these last two appointments I’ve have went to have been rough.. them ignoring the tooth that I’ve messaged about and complaining about and they remained working on the same front teeth.I've had my fillings falling out the front teeth that they worked on & some teeth longer then the other..another thing is how the dr is rough with the mouth and flossing and causing a cut at the root of my mouth & I was bleeding.another thing they don’t talk about... read more
