I have always walked my children back during the Novacain part of the visit today I asked about my child's progress twice because we had been there for 2 hours she comes walking out tears in her eyes I immediately asked what happened and she informed me that she had recieved 5 shots was denied access to me multiple times and while she was crying someone told her she needed an adult dentist she's 15 we came in for 2 fillings....not a single dr or nurse was made available for me to ask questions.
