Unexciting service We just got back from Chevy's and the waiter was fine, but it took forever for our food to be served and I never got any sort of drink refill. I got a "thanks for your patience" on the way out, but that was it. This is the last time I'm going to this Chevy's. Or any, for that matter. The food is pretty mediocre. They have good margaritas but I'm often driving so I don't get to get them often. Basically, it's a Mexican chain restaurant with sketchy service.
The best Chevy's! I love Chevy's food for their fajitas (chicken, veggie and steak) and margaritas, but what makes this Chevy's best is their location. They are right on the water in Foster City and my kids love to watch and feed the birds while we are waiting. The staff is really good and has been there for a long time. I have also done takeout there which usually works out well, but going there and enjoying the ambiance is the reason to choose this Chevy's over any other one.
