Made my appt online ant 7:45 and arrived promptly but was told it would take all day to get my car serviced. ONLY because my car was new- 4 weeks old did they agree to look at in the AM. After it was finished (fuel line was cracked), it was not even brought to the service area for me to get in, I had to walk around the parking lot honking my horn to find it! And you would think, for a BRAND NEW CAR, I would be offered a free car wash or something. Not impressed at all with Chevyland service.
As usual, Josh and Jaylen took care of me. I called Josh about an oil change and he said come on. I got there and Jaylen took it from there. Great service!!!
Sean checked out my 2020 Equinox when it kept sending notifications to my phone that it had an issue. Sean got my car in, checked it out, discussed it with me, and got me back on the road in no time.
