Owner (and driver) failed to pick up the groom which is half the job. He had to arrive in a mates car that he didn’t intend on, was expecting to arrive in a nice looking Chevy that we paid for so we could get out in a bit more style hence why we paid for these cars. The marketing flyer states: ‘My Chevy weddings cars are distinctly different and will add an impressive touch making your arrival and entrance all the more spectacular and special.’ This was not achieved and cannot be undone. 1.
