Joe Bataglia (the service writer) is very courteous and professional. He was very helpful in sorting out the service I needed. All service and repairs were done properly. My vehicle was returned very clean to me. With the coupon I had and my GM points I saved around $60.00 on the service. I'm very satisfied.
GM installed a sticker on the door jam that indicates all four tires should be at 38 psi this dealer technician lower all psi to 35 pounds. How can I trust this dealer to do oil changes of fluid level checks when this dealer can’t even do the easiest task, adjusting the PSI to GM standards.

Tom did a good job finding the Sirius Antenna that I needed, got it sent to the body shop for color match, and was ready to go in 3 days. Scheduled an appointment 2 days later and was back on the road with a working radio in a week.
