Parts were received October 1rst, as notified through text with Jeffrey, the day after he told me it'd be weeks to receive them, as they were on back oeder, however after he said he'd call me to schedule my vehicle in, I had to call after waiting for 2 weeks for his call. Also, upon receiving my vehicle back, there is a crack in the area around the radio where it looks like someone pried at the radio. Very unprofessional shoddy work!
