Whoever is searching for a decent place to live, I don't recommend Chevy Chase park apartments. The apartments have a lot of bugs. For example, water bugs, and roaches. The basement are in bad condition. Management is not friendly. The environment is dirty.
Applied in June I have a business card that says I am number 29 on the list. I have been waiting to know a move date I assumed just a few months. I was just told I am number 85 on a list. How did I get pushed back so many places? She told me it may take a few years. What does this do for someone who is looking for a home. I'm not to thrilled with this company they caused alot of grief in my life I was a kid and made a innocent mistake of going into a vacant apartment they trespassed me at like 12 years old right then at 18 I was helping lower income family's get there lives back together and they constantly put me in jail over one tiny inconvenience look then at age 35 they forced my family right witch my dad was a salary Delphi employee that got screwed out of his pension to fix our fence so there property would look better for some ungodly ... read more
This is a sad environment. The apartments have a lot of bugs, for example huge water bugs. The manger is mean spirited. Maintenance didn't fixed anything really and when they did fixed stuff at my place they disfigured the stuff. The property looks dirty. Some of the kids are out of control. Again think hard before moving here.
I don't recommend these apartments. They're outdated and not kept up. My basement has cracks in the cement, and my carpet is over 13 years-old. Corporate and management refuse to replace it. Whoever planning to move here don't because these apartments have waterbugs and other bugs. They don't spray either. The kids over here is out of control.
