Prior to my surgery, I wasn't really sure what I wanted done with my nose. I knew I wanted the nostrils and tip to be smaller, but I didn't have a reference pic to show them what I wanted. They were able to morph two different images one was more conservative narrowing and one was more drastic (I fell in love with the drastic version!) .
