I recently visited Dr. Nina Schram for my son’s dermatology appointment, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—she truly listened to all of my sons concerns and immediately provided a clear, effective treatment plan. Her entire staff was just as wonderful. The staff are kind and attentive in the front office. The PA and nurse were not kind. They spoke about other patients in open areas and gave poor explanations on skin issues. The PA was rough and laughed about it. I would recommend everyone to drive a distance for better care.
Dr. Schram is the best. She is kind, understanding, and always makes me feel comfortable. All of the office staff are efficient and attentive. Easy scheduling, limited wait time, and painless prescription pickups.
