I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I was treated by Mariella Purvis earlier this year for a persistent forehead skin condition. I was diagnosed with rosacea and treated accordingly. Despite repeat visits (3 visits total over the span of 2 months) and telling her that my forehead continued to worsen and that my treatment was causing significant burning and irritation, her prescribed treatments continued along the same path. Great people -- from super kind front desk staff, to medical assistants and para professionals, to Mariella Purvis, PA-C, who is a gem. 💎 5 stars! Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. So plan to arrive 1 hour early and you just might make it in time. 👤😵💫
