I've been using CW for years now -- mostly Parts, but some Equipment too. Chris in the Parts Department is courteous, professional and knowledgeable with regard to the Tow Industry. Price & Service are on point here! Highly recommend!
Had two of our trucks built there. And come back to get any parts or towing supplies we need. Chris in the parts department is always super helpful. If he doesn’t have it. He will find. And fast. He’s super knowledgeable of pretty much everything towing and helps me figure out whatever I need to make my jobs and my drivers jobs easier. Will always come back here because if Chris.
I drove six hours from Los Angeles to pick up my truck at Chevron West and expected a professional, welcoming experience. Instead, I was met with indifference and disrespect. The front desk staff at least helped with the keys, but when we asked for Becky who we were supposed to meet she didn’t bother to show up right away. When she finally did, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
