Family apartment 2 kids 2 adults.Tower 3, level 7. Fantastic location. Great to have the supermarket nearby. Wonderful outdoor area. The reception desk and car parks was initially VERY difficult to find! Brilliant support at the check in reception. Lovely apartment but not exceptional. Beds and couches were ok for comfort. Overall really happy with our stay ❤️
Poor service choose other locations as there are much better choices for your money, very disappointed
Rooms are badly outdated and requires refurbishment. Its a shame cause location wise its good and has good shops around along with amenities such as pool. But my god the rooms are dirty, the shower door didnt close or lock properly. The kettle was dirty
2bedroom apartment Tower 3 Level 12. Only 2 of 4 lifts were operating throughout our stay, which made delays for guests up to 15mins waiting time to get to the lower levels. Safety hazard concerns. Interior of rooms is below standard clean and furniture should be thrown out. The apartments need to refurbished throughout building or knocked down. Cleanliness is poor. Only good thing is location amongst shops and convenience stores. Reception staff are terrible service. Photos are deceiving will not stay here again.
PRIVATE APPARTMENTS AT CHEVERON RENAISSANCE LEVEL 29 ROOM 1291 ABSOULUTLY DISCUSTING I BOOKED FROM THE 25TH JAN -5 FEB PAID $5000 THE COUCH HEAVILY STAINED WITH FILTH HAD CIGGERETTE BURNS , THE KITCHEN TABLE WAS ROTTEN NOT EVEN WIPED OVER THE DINNING CHAIES WAS STAINED AND WORN IT YOU COULD NOT SIT ON THEEM YOU ALMOST FELL THREW THEM.
