We booked a 2 bedroom unit on booking.com all was well until we arrived. There is no reception you have to ring someone who meets you then shows you to your room which isnt ideal when you have kids keen to get going. Then before getting your keys you have to sign a declaration saying you will pretty much clean the unit before leaving or else be charged a fee at an hourly rate. This apartment complex is amazing
The location is fantastic and easy stroll to literally everything you could want on the Gold Coast! The pools are both beautiful. The outside lagoon style pool is just amazing and huge, lots of seating and BBQ areas around it, huge grass area, lovely gardens. The indoor pool was larger than expected and very, clean and well kept. Both pools had spas attached that were fantastic and large. Not great at all. Find somewhere else for the money you pay for it, it's not worth it.
Had an amazing time good location everything was close beautiful view from my balcony had a really amazing holiday 7 night will be going back next holiday was the best time no problems love my apartment was on the 13 floor just amazing time would recommend if your going on a holiday
