Rooms are badly outdated and requires refurbishment. Its a shame cause location wise its good and has good shops around along with amenities such as pool. But my god the rooms are dirty, the shower door didnt close or lock properly. The kettle was dirty

2bedroom apartment Tower 3 Level 12. Only 2 of 4 lifts were operating throughout our stay, which made delays for guests up to 15mins waiting time to get to the lower levels. Safety hazard concerns. Interior of rooms is below standard clean and furniture should be thrown out. The apartments need to refurbished throughout building or knocked down. Cleanliness is poor. Only good thing is location amongst shops and convenience stores. Reception staff are terrible service. Photos are deceiving will not stay here again.

PRIVATE APPARTMENTS AT CHEVERON RENAISSANCE LEVEL 29 ROOM 1291 ABSOULUTLY DISCUSTING I BOOKED FROM THE 25TH JAN -5 FEB PAID $5000 THE COUCH HEAVILY STAINED WITH FILTH HAD CIGGERETTE BURNS , THE KITCHEN TABLE WAS ROTTEN NOT EVEN WIPED OVER THE DINNING CHAIES WAS STAINED AND WORN IT YOU COULD NOT SIT ON THEEM YOU ALMOST FELL THREW THEM. (Deluxe Chevron Renaissance from Booking.com) I’d stayed in a Two-bedroom apartment on the 13th floor in Tower 2 managed by Kevin, which was booked on Booking.com and called Deluxe Chevron Renaissance. It was very nice of Kevin that a two-bedroom apartment only cost $395 per night, which is also well-packed with not only the magnificent and panoramic view but also many cleansers and even a spray in the kitchen, soaps, hand wash, and shampoos in the bathroom. Location was good. Rooms were terrible, stains every where, tap was broken in the room, beds had black hairs on both the single beds. Booked a 2 bed apartment for 4 nights Washing machine didn’t work. Ants all over the bench when we checked in 🤮 never got our $300 bond back. 1 card to use for the room which was especially hard should of got given 2 as to get anywhere you need a card (including getting into the elevator) had so many car parks but our designated one was on a different floor.
