We love this place! We don't need perfection, the staff are helpful understanding and attend to all our needs with respect and kindness. The rooms have what we need and allow us to have the best holiday every single time and the outdoor area is Paradise. If we do need something it's always provided with professional, quality service. If I could give 0 stars I would. A/C flooded our room which we were blamed for. Filthy, outdated rooms. Badly needs to close for maintenance overhaul. Mantra Management - you scrape the bottom of the barrel!

This is supposed to be a 4 star resort, . The facade is covered in algae, the main pool needs a lot of attention , IAM a high class Motel owner with a 1 star Michelin chef , but this place is beyond belief .

More check-in problems. Every year it’s the same issue. “I’d like to check in please.” “Sorry but we don’t have your name on the list.” 10mins later… “You’ll have to pay $300 deposit on your fully paid room too.” Heads up to my colleagues in the other 27 fully paid room bookings! At least their incompetency is consistent.
