I have been living at chevron palms for over 10 years and theres over 30 Permanent Owners living here but we have to tell the useless Caretaker Ray chen about keeping this place clean. Beware manager Ray chen is a very slow guy.
THe manager of Chevron palms Ray Chen is also a terrible guy !!
AVOID OVER priced and dirty place , look around at much better places located very close to this shit place
