I paid for a car wash & when I rubbed my fingers on my "clean" car, they were black because the car was still dirty. The employee refunded my money with no apology or offer to re-wash the car. His attitude was "why are you upset, you got your money refunded." My time was wasted & I wasted gas returning to the station. A simple apology would have helped.
