I called round to speak about a car on the forecourt and shouted 'hello' in the showroom, but no one was about. After a few minutes, I gave up. Instead, I tried to book a test drive via their website and recieved a prompt call back. Unfortunately, unless I was going to buy the car, then it was too much of an inconvenience to get the car out of the showroom. I was gob smacked by the sales person's reply. Just had some work done on the car for an intermittent problem that's been going on a while. Have to said had amazing service from all the staff. Knowledgeable and very trustworthy as well as really friendly and felt looked after as a customer to help get this resolved. Would highly recommend and would happily return.
