Spent $40K on new top of the range insulated double glazed window units to retrofit our house and overall I'm disappointed with the quality of finish on them (the low-e glass itself is good). Many of not all of the units have edge strips that are not straight and some of them are very clearly not square and look awful. Also many of the aluminum edges are made up of multiple small pieces with joins along the edge which again looks very average. Not at all what you'd expect from a premium product.
Walk into the office wanting 3mm glass for picture framing company I am looking at starting gave my details this was on Friday morning was told a rep would call me Monday morning no call 2 months later still no call , maybe because I'm small time company no one wants to know as I'm not paying big $$$ would have appreciated them just saying sorry mate Ur too small a company rather then nothing shame on you
