Not even sure where to start. They’re arguably one the worst major credit unions. The customer service is horrible, barely accessible, and not helpful. IF you’re able to get a hold of someone at the branch or an actual financial rep, they are typically rude, short and not engaged at all. I have accounts with Capital One, Chase, Texas Dow Credit Union, Schlumberger Credit Union, American Express and Discover and never have customer service issues that are PERSISTENT.
