Avoid this practice at all costs - they don't care less about life or health care. Similar story to the other review - my mum living in a care home requested to see a Doctor three days in a row. The first two days the Dr was supposed to come and didnt show up with NO notifcation whatsoever. No communication. We waited up all night stressed and with little sleep. Appalling service. My elderly mother's retirement village called this service this afternoon. The doctor attended the building at 8.30 p.m. Rang the register nurse on duty to say he had arrived. She left to go let the doctor into the building arriving three minutes later only to see the doctor drive off! When she phoned back the call service they can't get another doctor out till 5.00 am.
