I went to the services department they have on back on chevron and couple of weeks ago I put 4 new tires and manager Jorge told me I need an alignment. My car is a Chevy Equinox 2010. Today when I went he charged me $50 and mechanic that did it told me my car didnt have any problem so I just spent $50 for nothing. When I went to Jorges office he told me will explain but didnt talk about any reimbursements. Resume I went to give him $50. Legal scam. No recommend going there for any mechanical repair.
I been going to this chevron gas station for the past 7 month and the employee that works at the midnight shift its all ways cleaning the inside and when i knock on the window to call him so he can service me he allways ignore me and take more than 5 minutes to service me , but today 10-29-11 at 3:20 am he just look at me and kept cleaning like I wasn't there he always do that around this time . His young buff short hair and always with an attitude . U people from chevron need to hire better employees for a better service .
