During a recent signature car wash, the cycle seemed much shorter than expected and left colorful detergent residue on the vehicle. When I raised the issue, the initial response felt dismissive and did not address the possibility that the cycle had ended early. Another staff member listened, checked the situation, and arranged a rewash or refund. The rewash was completed properly and resolved the residue. I was heading to a meeting when I noticed my tire was almost flat. I pulled into the gas station across the street, and the owner, Billy, came right out to help. He plugged the hole, filled it up, and didn’t charge me a dime. The whole thing took about ten minutes. I’m so grateful for Billy’s help. It’s rare to find people who still go out of their way to help others. Thank you Rebecca
