01/12/2025 the lady at the registres is the worst person to attend to you. How is it so difficult to give a receipt for gas? My work paid for the gas, so I can get reimbursed. I decided to buy a drink and she told me there was no change on a $20 seriously. I dont recommend this Chevron, and the company needs to revaluate her as an employee.
I asked for 2 Powerball tickets.They gave me twenty tickets. The lady was a bit rude about my wanting to pay for a few snacks and my tickets with a 50 from the start, a simple transaction shouldn't be this complicated or slow to remedy, especially when there are 2 registers. I initially just wanted some fruit, a drink and lotto tickets but the bananas were all brown.
As many others have noted, the carwash is ridiculous. I waited 15m in line to get to the start of it, only to have it break. I spent another 30m with the store owner using me to help test is carwash device, at the end he just said "sorry, doesn't work." I went to get a refund, and the person behind the counter didn't know how to give me a refund, and took other customers in front of me so that they could get more money. Do not go here they tried to scam us and on top of that I can't buy a lottery ticket without them taking my driver's license and scanning it and as of today I tried to buy a lighter mind you I'm 45 years old bald with a Gray beard and I couldn't buy a lighter because she wanted to scan my driver's license I showed her my driver's license and that's still not good enough this is literally ridiculous she said it's policy but that's not policy anywhere else but this store why do they need to scan our driver's license everywhere... read more
