Their lottery machine stole my money, and the customer service was not that great to be honest :(

I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of your gas station employees. Not only was the staff member unhelpful, but they were also openly rude and dismissive. When I asked for assistance, I was met with a disrespectful attitude and a complete lack of professionalism. Their tone was unnecessarily harsh, and they made no effort to resolve my concern or provide even basic customer service.
