I’ve been to this store about 4 or 5 times in April, usually in the afternoon, and every single visit has been disappointing. On multiple occasions, both employees on shift smelled strongly like marijuana, which is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This isn’t a one time issue it keeps happening. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to deal with employees who appear to be under the influence while working. Management seriously needs to address this, because it reflects very poorly on the business.
Normally must all the employees are nice but last week I stop by buying a small electric lighter I ask the only employee visible this girl she make me wait when she come out whit the key to open the lock box I ask for specific color(dark brown) she give me an attitude and she was trying to give me the color she want saying all are the same i say they are not the same they're different colors she turn her eyes and she get it. today I went trying to exchange it because stop working she was there and I asked if I can exchange i... read more
Attendant today refuses to unlock pumps. I needed to fill up my work truck witch takes more than $150dlls. And ask the lady to please unlock the pump to pay outside and she said" well no,sorry only cash, no system." I show her is a corporate card because our company always use this station for our fleet of box trucks (16) and this is not the first time, so we'll have to move our business to other gas station wi5h better customer service.
Came here 6 times this month between 6-9pm. All 6 times there’s nobody in the store and it’s locked up.
