I inserted $2.00 (eight quarters) into the air machine, which did not turn on. When I asked the cashier for assistance, I calmly explained that I had already paid. The cashier responded by slamming his hand on the counter and repeating “two dollars,” which was rude and inappropriate. This level of behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expected respectful assistance, not hostility
