Called to order a pizza. The rudest lady ever answered the phone. Talked to me so ugly and was a smarta$$. Very unprofessional. I love Sam, he's great. He better get someone with a decent personality to handle the customers or put her somewhere where she doesn't have to talk to the customers. Rudest, ugliest person I've dealt with in a very long time.
