all of the employees are courteous and helpful
The salesmen are excellent. The service department was Michelle and Chelsea seem to have somewhat of an attitude. I dropped my truck off to get a spray-in bed liner at 8 : 35 in the morning. Got a text message from Chelsea saying if I need anything else to let her know at 8:35 in the morning. I text Chelsea at 4:57 pm to see if my truck was done after 50 minutes without a response. I have had nothing but problems with the dealership since we bought our car. Due to the misadvice from our service tech we were not able to get a major repair covered under warranty. I will never buy another car from Sunset. I feel like we were lied to from the start and that is not how to keep customers. We had to eat $30k at least in this car. Lesson learned for me. I hope you change your business practices for your future customers sake.
Michelle and Chelsea were both a pleasure to work with and very professional, the service department was well run and completed my repairs on time. I will continue to use them.
