They got me in and completed before the end of day, despite the list of items I needed attention to. It was fixed the first time and everything went smoothly. Tony kept me informed the whole time, and didn't let me down. Thanks to the team at Schumacher service ... Tony, Courtney, Krystle, Alyssa, Don, Ashley, Grace, Annie, Even the Valets were great.

Had tire issues due to a sensor failure in one of the tires. Drop the car off. Had 2 brand New tires installed. And they replace both front sensors. The entire staff was knowledgeable and Zeroed in on the problem..
Service Representative Anthony, has a very nasty attitude and overall is a very condescending person. I was there on August 8,2025 to have a tire replaced Anthony comes in the waiting says I need you to come to bey, I go he further explains why they can't replace the tire but continues that I need 4 new tires that would cost me almost 1,000.00 dollars.
