Service for my oil change, cabin, and air filters started right on time! My Inspection went great with no additional services needed and I was able to save some money on my filters with coupons that were sent to me by Priority. Thank you Mr. John and Priority for taking care of me and My "Malik" which is the name for my Malibu 😆

Easy to schedule appointments
I had an appointment for 8a and didn’t leave out til about 11am which I thought was kinda crazy. The customer service was great and the rep that helped was amazing. But my only issue is now that I brought my car in Thursday and Sunday it wouldn’t start. I’ve never had that issue with my car… I will be reaching out to someone because that is insane. My 1st at this Newport News location and honestly if something is really wrong with my car it will definitely be my last!!!!
