I was not very happy about my service. The service writer really only answered when I asked questions and I had to constantly badger about getting my truck finished. I realize it was an issue they had never seen before. I literally handed the bulletin with the procedure code listed for the issue I was having when the ticket was written up. I had to follow up each day just to make sure that it got accomplished. Untrustworthy to be a major dealership in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT NANCY was our point of contact. Was told she was a manager in that department. Took my car in to be diagnosed came back with an agreed-upon amount of $2600 to repair the vehicle. The job should take about one day. Three weeks later Nancy calls back and says my car is ready and that she has sent over an invoice. That invoice was nearly $5000. Almost double the agreed-upon amount. was told I couldnt wait after making appointment mths in advance then after talking with a supervisor for a little he asked me to give them 3 hrs

I just left the Chevrolet priority in Chesapeake they did a great service on my truck!!! Would recommend Kindel for service every time!! Very professional and very knowledgeable he was so friendly to me!!! Would give him a 10 star

Not sure why they offer appointments when you end up waiting 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Just being told well there's people in front of you isn't an acceptable answer, appointments should be prioritized over walk ins. Whole day wasted.
