Just had my truck serviced after the engine light came on. The service advisor. (Kendell) and repair technicians did an outstanding job. Kendell was very helpful in getting me a rental car from Hertz after Enterprise (located on their property) had no cars available even though I had a confirmed reservation. Overall, my experience at Priority Chevrolet was a positive one!
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Greenbriar Chevrolet for service since purchasing it in 2016, but I’ve noticed that the quality of service has declined significantly. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment recently and didn’t get my car back until 5:00 p.m. I was left waiting all day without a vehicle, which was extremely frustrating. I brought my vehicle in about a month ago for an oil change and state inspection but was denied service because of an open recall — one that’s been unresolved for years due to unavailable parts. The service advisor rescheduled me for this past Saturday to complete the recall, oil change, and inspection. I had to physically be there for status updates since I couldn’t get eta updates over phone. No loander on a $80K vehicle is sad. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with the truck and the repairs.
