My husband and I bought a priority Chevy truck and have been taking advantage of the "free oil changes for life" that came with the purchase taking it to this service center. Our deal also included free car washes, but every time we've asked for one over the last four years, they’ve said the car wash is "not working." Recently, my husband’s check engine light came on. My trucks been there for a month waiting on a starter mechanism and theyre still waiting on a part that I can buy online and get by Monday! Kendall is non responsive and I have to chase him down to get an answer!!
first it takes days to report any thing that's broken and only after I as the customer have to do follow up, second when you do actually get a person on the phone they never seem to get messages or voicemails third they are always quick to deflect it's never anything anyone knows about and the you get told I'll call you back and then see number one and two for results.
