Although I returned with the same faulty issue as a recent visit, service advisor, Beto, was quick to attentively listen to my plea. A short test drive together clearly exemplified my concerns. Beto was sincerely concerned about the serious condition and personally worked with his shop technicians' efforts to get me safely back on the road again. Thanks Beto! My go-to service advisor!

Demasiada espera. Mi cita era a las 11:30 am para revisar y reparar un defecto en el Parking. Esperé 4 horas y media y esto, porque hablé con un empleado y me ayudó a sacar mi carro rápido. Demasiado tiempo de espera. Muy mal!
Called service center once: Rang for 2 minutes straight. Called Twice this time to the dealership:“North Park”……….um service please. “Hold please” Proceeds to have a 6 minute hold. I hang up. Just wanted to ask a question about a c7 issue before I take it in, but if they couldn’t even take a call to answer a question why would I take the vehicle there?
