I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. The staff, particularly Sharon, was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. The department itself is understaffed, which results in long wait times and a lack of efficiency. To make matters worse, the customer waiting area is just a small corner of the auto sales floor—uncomfortable and poorly thought out. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.
