To the Management Team at Andean Chevrolet, I'm writing to provide feedback regarding our recent experience with your service department, which has been deeply frustrating and disappointing from beginning to end. In March, our 2018 Chevy Tahoe was towed to your dealership after a water pump failure led to a warped head gasket. We purchased the vehicle and the extended CNA warranty through Andean in 2018, which is supposed to cover 100% of parts and labor for qualifying repairs.
