My Suburban broke down in KY and the closest dealership was Legacy. We had it towed there and it remained there for 5+ weeks. In the end, the car was repaired but the communication was poor while trying to get the warranty company to agree to repairs. No one from Legacy or the dealership where I bought my vehicle and warranty, advocated for me during this process.
