Never received communication without asking for it first. Car was in the shop for a month and a half with only vague replies on progress. I purchased a vehicle from Lee Johnson Chevrolet 2 months ago with 30k miles on it. 2 months later, I noticed an oil leak off the front end. I took it to Ogden GMC in Utah since that's where I was at the time, for an oil change and to get inspected. They send me a video within 20 minutes of all the standard upkeep levels and what needs to be fixed. Extremely dishonest appraisal process at Lee Johnson Chevrolet Kirkland. I received a KBB Instant Cash Offer for $13,000 and brought my car in. After a quick test drive, their appraiser claimed my engine had 'serious mechanical issues' and tried to lowball me with a $6,000 offer. That’s a $7,000 drop based on a false claim.
