Absolute price gouging. $180 to diagnose an oil leak that probably took them 15 min tops. They also cant schedule properly. Whats the point of having an appointment first thing Friday morning if you don't even look at the vehicle until Monday? Stop gouging your customers, its pathetic.
The team at Gregg Young is one of the best dealership teams in the Des Moines area. I’ve been through several dealerships and this is BY FAR the most transparent, fair, and professional team I have ever dealt with. No pushing additional services. Just educating you as the car owner of best practices vs OEM maintenance schedules.
From the time I arrived to the time I left the dealership professionalism was on point. Great atmosphere and great people. Service was fast for my 2 vehicle. Staff didn't try to up sell anything instead made recommendations.
