Quick and easy service scheduling within website, very courteous and attentive service advisor Rachel, prompt "in and out" service of my vehicle.
My service at Don Mealey Chevrolet was a totally mess, they don’t have integrity with the others Chevrolet Services, they didn’t want to honored the service guarantee of my truck because, according to them, they said that probably the other Chevrolet Service branch screw up my truck putting wrong and not original equipment. Is that professional?… I took my truck away from them, I paid approximately 900 in tow, but I prefer to that that keep my truck with them, … good luck with your services…
I would find another dealership to go to. Had an “appointment” for 8:30am I didn’t get my truck back until the next day around 2:00pm. Couldn’t get the service advisor to return my calls. Horrible experience.
My service at Don Mealey Chevrolet consisted of an oil and filter change, tire rotation maintenance and a multi point inspection. My service manager Rachel had my 2023 Traverse turned around in a relatively short time with no charges from my account being that my initial service is complimentary. I was very satisfied with my service and the pleasant interaction of the service team during my visit.
