I usually never leave reviews, however, I need to based on my experience last Thursday at Don Mealey Chevrolet. Earlier in the week, I was shopping for a car at another dealership where I was treated very poorly. Not sure if I was being discriminated against or what…I’ll spare the details. Excellent visit to Don Mealey Chevrolet to replace a car battery. Had an appointment at 8 am on a Monday , and they were right on schedule . Service advisor Gerson Ostos was very friendly, helpful and professional . The service technician who did the work was very professional . Job was completed spot on , and everything under the hood looked ship shape . Well Done, Team Don Mealey .
Mark Gonzalez was very polite,helpful, and accommodating. Had issue with 2026 Duramax regen issue. The crew at Don Mealey resolved my issue same day. If your in need with a Chevrolet issue, I highly recommend. And the female service manager was very nice as well. I forgot her name. Sorry.
My vehicle was towed to your facility in Clermont, FL on 03/30/2026 with transmission issues. Work was authorized as soon as a proposed estimate was submitted. With no communication from the service department on updates or delays I spent a month in a rental vehicle at our expense. After a month of the vehicle being with you I was finally offered a courtesy vehicle while warranty repairs on the transmission were being completed.
