I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to come to Future Chevy. From our car buying experience to coming back to just get the oil changed everyone here is really nice and helpful. I’d like to give a Huge shout-out to William Anderson. He sold us our Toyota and has continued to take care of us whenever we’ve needed anything. Great guy and great service all around!
Bailey and Gavin are both awesome. Jacob too, he assisted with the sale. I've been here a couple times to buy a car and both times they didn't disappoint. They do everything possible to get you in what you want, and if they cant they will find the best alternative that's acceptable for you and that works. They help what can be a stressful situation be an easygoing chill experience, and will even involve or play with your little ones if they tag along with you. Outstanding customer service. I was very impressed start to finish with buying process. The communication leading up to the actual sale, the test drive and final decision all done very professionally and with no pressure, gimmicks or games. Pamela W. Outstanding service from the service department. Chad was my advisor and he was great, he didn’t try upselling me which is why I’ll return in the future, even though this dealer isn’t the closest to my house. My car was finished by the promised time and I picked it up without any issues. Checkout took less than 5 minutes.
Went in for a 8000 mile service and had the tires rotated. But 2 recall issues weren't with and they had my Chevy Equinox for 4 hours. Had a battery issue I brought up with the service rep completely ignored. Will probably have to go to management
