Awful, shameful. I brought my truck in for a service recall, got a call later that the recall made my truck undriveable but could be fixed for around $1,000. I told the service rep that helped me this was dishonest and not proper business. He refused to comment or acknowledge my statements either way. My service recall was handled promptly and with great courtesy.
Never had a good experience here at the main service area. Just a bunch of old grumpy guys that do not want to help anyone. Dealt with rude service advisors, or me standing around waiting on someone to come talk to me (literally, advisors walked right past me without acknowledging I was even there...) Had a service tech try to WAY over charge me for a part (I know this because I bought the SAME part from another dealer for 80% less than what he quoted me. I have been going to Parkway Service dept since 2020 and Mike Sanchez is by far my favorite service advisor. He doesn’t mess around and try to quote things that aren’t needed, he’s quick to get me in and out, and he always, and he is great with keeping me updated while my car is in for service. Ask for Mike if you have to go in for service!
Oil change and tire rotation was fast and technicians were able to answer all questions.
