Brianna is a great Service Rep and pays attention to my vehicles as if they were her own. I feel assured that I am getting the best service available.
Took my Truck in for warranty work. They had it for 2 days and still hadn't even done anything to it. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this dealership. Your vehicle will set there for at least 1 or 2 days, with no work being done. They act like they got all year and you don't really need your vehicle. Took my '24 Z06 Corvette to Parkway Chevrolet for an oil change. They did a great job while I waited, and I had a great service advisor who kept me up to date on the progress. Will be coming back for future service needs. They are one of the better dealers to service Corvettes in the greater Houston area.
