I have been going to Parkway Service dept since 2020 and Mike Sanchez is by far my favorite service advisor. He doesn’t mess around and try to quote things that aren’t needed, he’s quick to get me in and out, and he always, and he is great with keeping me updated while my car is in for service. Ask for Mike if you have to go in for service!
Oil change and tire rotation was fast and technicians were able to answer all questions.
