My service representative was knowledgeable and friendly, I was pleased with everything done to my car and was kept updated throughout the process.
Had a steering wheel issue with my C6 and went to investigate it. Service master informed me of the $300 fee to diagnose the problem, which will be deducted from the cost of repair. I said ok, let's do it. The issue: the intermediate shaft that needs to be replaced. But wait, that part is discontinued, so I was sent away to hunt a used one on ebay or any dismantling places.
