I got my usual service done, oil change & tire rotation. I am really disappointed. My front passenger tire was missing a lug nut and one fell off next to my traverse. The other lugs were loose. I had to tighten the lugs on all 4 tires. I ordered a new lug nut from GM parts direct . There is no sense in calling the dealership and getting the run around for a $10.89 part. I've had my car serviced here since I purchased it here. Maybe just a fluke. I'm just happy I didn't lose a wheel on the drive home.
