My service advisor Luke was kind/charismatic, and fast paced. I visited looking for help with some repairs and questions. He was quick to get me a quote, scheduled for service, and OTD. Also the Technician working on my vehicle was quick to get the job done and brought extra awareness to some other things that may need potential repair or replacement in the future. Very helpful and appreciated!
Over the past week I have been unable to unlock my truck with the passive door buttons. Luke Tory helped me and we checked the options and the function was disabled. Enabling worked and all was good. I had electronic issues earlier after I purchased the vehicle.
My truck kept having the check engine light come on. Luke at bob brown was a great help. He got the truck in as soon as possible and kept me in the loop through out it all. They worked fast and got it done.
I had an issue with my radio screen going blank and loud buzzing noise coming from the speakers on my 2024 Silverado. Luke Tory was able to get my truck into the repair shop without an appointment and fixed everything within a few hours. Excellent customer service.
