Came in for oil change, engine filter and cabin filter change, tire rotation. Jake takes really good care of us.
Traci my new service advisor was outstanding. She really knew what she was doing, knew I had 9,000 pts in my gm rewards which allowed me to use them towards my service payment (which no previous service advisor did). She was great on keeping me updated on how far along they were on the service of my truck. I hope all the new service advisors are like Traci. I will consider taking my truck back to Riverview Chevrolet for future service needs.
The Service department, managed by Michael Cecere, consistently provides convenient, timely and professional service. Although my vehicle has high-mileage, it continues to run like new as a result of the service I've received by this service team!!!
