Received an honest and efficient service from the service department. It was a software update issue. I was told "we did everything we could but are not absolutely sure the problem has been fixed. We escalated it to GM and will report back if they have an update for your particular issue". Ultimately they did resolve the issue (so far, knock on wood), but it was refreshing to hear honesty. Aerrin and the service team are assets to this facility

Always a pleasure dealing with Soren. He goes above and beyond to help make sure my truck is taken care of.
An oil change should not take two hours. Communication was poor as at no time was I given any warning. An hour and a half into it, an employee advised me that they were "wrapping up" and tried to sell me service for brakes that YOU repaired on February 13. Another half hour passed with no communication. I had to chase down my vehicle as I had clearly been forgotten. I will NOT be returning for any services or purchases unless I am in a position with absolutely no other options.
