Exceptional customer service experience! Fri Mar 6 called Taylor to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & Passenger side headlight is out. Taylor scheduled me for 9 am Mon Mar 9. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the right headlight connector was bad and recommended a new connector. Fri Mar 13 when the new connector kit came in it not the correct part for repair.
