Joi rocks, service time in and out with the quickness. Waiting in the waiting area is nice and clean. The WiFi works perfectly while I wait and work. Just awesome!
NEVER again will we buy a Chevy. Brand new car in shop 2x in last month and they can’t fix because the part is on back order and no ETA of when it will be available. And, dealership doing nothing to make this better. Can’t even give me a loaner.
Received an honest and efficient service from the service department. It was a software update issue. I was told "we did everything we could but are not absolutely sure the problem has been fixed. We escalated it to GM and will report back if they have an update for your particular issue". Ultimately they did resolve the issue (so far, knock on wood), but it was refreshing to hear honesty. Aerrin and the service team are assets to this facility
Joie Mullen and her Service Team continue to always do a great job servicing our Silverado and Trailblazer!
