An oil change should not take two hours. Communication was poor as at no time was I given any warning. An hour and a half into it, an employee advised me that they were "wrapping up" and tried to sell me service for brakes that YOU repaired on February 13. Another half hour passed with no communication. I had to chase down my vehicle as I had clearly been forgotten. I will NOT be returning for any services or purchases unless I am in a position with absolutely no other options.
Everything promised was delivered
Joie Mullen (Service Department) is amazing! Dropped my vehicle off the night before and she texted me back next morning with all the updates and provided my vehicle as soon as I walked in the door. What I had as an issue, Joie researched the problem and found that it was a warranty issue and I walked out with a smile on my face.
