I've been taking my Equinox in for oil changes here since we purchased it in 2018, and they have always taken about 45min-1 hour so I always wait in the lobby. This time, I was told it would be 90 minutes, but decided to wait anyway. At the 2 hour mark, I attempted to contact the service desk via text for an ETA (no one was manning the desk in the service bay).
